I like the idea of acknowledging the Yahoo! contribution.  A Featured
Image doesn't seem like the right way to do it though.  The Featured
Image should be an attractive demonstration of something _produced by_
the OSM tools and data.  The Yahoo! images are one tool used to help
generate that OSM data.

If we were going to recognize the tools used in creating OSM data (and
I think we should) the Featured Image doesn't seem like the way to do
it.  Perhaps we can add a "Featured Contribution" link from the front
page of the wiki?  It could link to a contributed tool, or a
contributor.  One week for the slippy map, another week for the
coastline upload scripts, another week for osmafilter.pl.  The Yahoo!
API donation would fit in that group.
