[OSM-talk] User functionality

Somethings that I thought of as I worked with JOSM today was a refresh or 
deselect present function and map refresh so switching or continuing to use 
the present function with out it "hanging" on its current selection. Also a 
Merge Way function or continue same way without haveing to reselect the path 
segments.
