[OSM-talk] OSM and Trackmaster

Here's the first crack at the OSM file - I havent had a chance to run
the script to fix the topology - its in

utils/simplify/simplify.pl   (thanks to jon burgess)

Anyway - this is the first dataset you sent in OSM format.

(and they say we're not interoperable!)
