[OSM-talk] Make OSM more Wiki-like

A feature I'd like to see in OSM, which ties in with some of the  
wiki-like stuff, is a "download only my contributions" feature.

In other words, you'd specify a bounding box, and get back a file of  
some description (OSM XML?) which just contained the bits you'd mapped  
in that area - no-one else's. It'd need to delve back through the  
history because your bits wouldn't always be the latest ones.
