The tiles have a quite easy naming scheme (See wiki Articles
[[Slippy_Map]] and [[Slippy map tilenames]] allowing for something like
that.
Alternatively (and probably the better method quality-wise) you can use
Osmarender or similar to get an SVG directly, which, as a vector image,
scales to arbitrary sizes/resolutions without pixelation.
