NAVTEQ (who provide street map to Google and many others) are asking the
community for corrections to their maps. They have a nice slippy map
where you can zoom in to any feature and then fill out a form indicating
what is wrong and should be corrected:

I looked at their data in Karlsruhe, Germany, where I live. It is quite
bad. Lots of non-existing streets etc. Thats probably why Google uses
TeleAtlas as source for their German (European?) maps and not NAVTEQ
which they use in the US.
