Have a way for the road approaching the roundabout. If the road branches 
significantly with two one-way sections before reaching the roundabout, 
create two ways, one for each branch. Connect each branch to a node on the 
roundabout. For the roundabout itself create a looped way the shape of the 
roundabout and give it the junction=roundabout tag.

That's all there is to it :)
