Hmm, you should see the trespass laws here in bloodthirsty Texas. After
sundown, a property owner can use deadly force if they allege a threat from
the trespasser (although it is considered poor form to shoot them in the
back). During the day deadly force can only be used in defense of one's
person, but after dark one can defend one's property and possessions this way.
