You do of course have the right to do what you like with your own  
contributions, because you're the copyright holder, not OSMF. But it's  
quite difficult to extract them all from the database without getting  
other contributors' copyrighted material in it.

As previously posted, I'd like to see a "download my contributions  
only" feature on the website, which would make this possible. I don't  
think the coding would be _too_ difficult but am a bit wary at present  
of adding more SQL queries, certainly until the Rails port is done.
