[OSM-talk] tile transparency

Hey!

I was wondering why the tiles rendered with tiles at home aren't
transparent. It should be fairly easy to make them transparent in
order to be usable as a overlay for any map (eg landsat, shaded
reliefs...), or used as a base layer (with light gray background),
like it is today (with no visible difference).

It should encourage people to offer OSM layer in their maps, improving
visibility of the project.
