[OSM-talk] Remaining questions for the highway topic

Hi!

While looking at the map features highway topic 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Map_Features#Highway, some 
questions remaining to me:

A) What's the difference between highway=cycleway and cycleway=track? If 
it's the same, should one of them be removed? If yes, which one?

B) What is highway=crossing for? Is this the normal junction between two 
streets? If yes, why do we need this tag - as it's already clear from 
the topology?

C) Is highway=motorway_junction to leave a motorway, change two a 
different one or both? The comment isn't really clear about it.

D) Is highway=services for the exit number of it? Often the service 
itself will include amenity=fuel and amenity=restaurant.

E) Shouldn't be junction=roundabout be highway=roundabout? Having this 
under it's own topic is rather strange.

Anyone being able to shed some light will be welcome ;-)
