[OSM-talk] For the foundation AGM

I would like to propose that the foundation start it's own website
separate from the main openstreetmap.org website, like
http://musicbrainz.org/ and http://metabrainz.org/.

This website will have all the details of the foundation and it's
articles of association etc., and an official blog with foundation news
that should say things like "minutes of board meeting of date nnn now
available". This could be aggregated into the opengeo data blog or
anywhere else, but should have it's own home so that it is clear what is
official and what isn't.
