[OSM-talk] train and highway using same segments

hi,
we have the following situation in Cannes (France): A highway has been built 
on top of the rail-road (as if the train was in a tunnel). I'm now wondering 
how to map this.
- should I reuse the same segments? In this case the nodes are the same, and 
one could not know if they intersect or not (especially as from time to time 
the highway has a different layout and leaves the rail-layout).
- or should I create nodes that are close to the previous ones?... Which 
results in more or less duplicated nodes.
