[OSM-talk] Fwd: segments showing way off the mapped area

Better to have found out this out sooner rather than later! A problem with the new API perhaps? Developers take note - I believe Maning uses a dial-up connection for JOSM editting, might the latency exacerbate any potential non-atomic transaction issues? Just a thought.
