Probably it's clear for a java programmer, but I can't say I feel
enlightened :) Maybe those "unknown source" mean that it did not recognize
my user/passord?

If you start josm from the command line then the output will appear 
here. I have a .bat file as I need to use a proxy from work but...

java -jar josm-latest.jar

should do the trick...
