very difficult to estimate. We have satellite photos here which speeds up
mapping (and precision). Depending on the city mapping is faster or slower: a
grid-like city (US-style cities) are extremely fast. Urban areas quite slow.
Then there are round-abouts. They take (IMHO) most of the time...
Finally I would say that getting the information in the first place can be
difficult (ie finding road-signs...). Some cities here have larger signs,
others have smaller. Some cities distribute more ....
Also the fact if a city has hills or not makes a difference (at least, when
you map using your bike).
I think our small city/town here (Sophia Antipolis) can be mapped in ~40hours.
