[OSM-talk] gpx-data? /trackpoints

Hej!

It seems that server now manages to parse the incoming GPXes as they 
arrive (with slight delay only). Would it be possible to tweak the 
importer to use otherwise idle cycles to importi the old GPX files, one 
by one till the last one unless a _fresh_ gpx comes in.
Basically, import everything, but give higher priority to freshly 
uploaded GPXes.
