Thanks for catching that, I did indeed miss it.

Based on this as well as Andy Robinson's comment, I agree that stream
should stay.  Does anyone disagree?

OK, can we get a definite quorum for a feature to be fully approved?  If
3 votes is pathetic, how many does it take for it not to be?
