"proprietor" kind of implies a commercial nature to the camp which may
not exist

Do we need both proprietor (or whatever) and denomination?  I don't know
that "Cub Scouts/Greek Orthodox" makes any sense.  On the other hand,
"proprietor=The Anytown Orthodox Church,denomination=Greek Orthodox"
does make some sense
