Is there any particular reason why we don't have railway=single and
railway=double or similar?
The lack of this causes some problems where the way can either indicate
a double line out in the open country or a single line in a station
area: for example look at the centre of Cambridge on the osmarender
layer and how the sidings are rendered far too heavily:
