Hi Peter,
I'm working on something similar for Bristol, but using the osmarender
output. I'm not sure how complete bristol is % wise, perhaps not enough for
your purposes.
If you give me a bounding box for your preferred example city I can run this
again for you.
I'm also working on a modified osmarender styling to emphasise the cycling
and pedestrian routes if this is of interest.
I can pull this in to inkscape so can send you any format you like pretty
much, although of course the files are quite big. Any preference?
PS: I'll be at glastonbury with the recycling crew so see you there - are
you doing any specific talks? If so what day / time?
