[OSM-talk] location on going to map a gpx track link from tracks page

The home lat and lon defaults to 1,1  - which admittedly is a bit
stupid.  You can change your home lat and lon in your account page,
then you will be taken to the location of your chosing.

It would be better if a cookie set the location of the last viewed place.
