Would it be sensible to have a discussion about Ways?
Is there an opportunity to finesse Ways into something more like a GDF Road
Element(ie something that connects two Junctions), or introduce Road
Elements as a new item (that have an associated list intermediate nodes and
hence elegantly absorbs Segements) and leave 'Ways' to cover the
functionality of Aggregated ways in GDF (ie big long things?)
Regards,
Peter
