[OSM-talk] gosmore on MacOSX and Windows

I've made a few small changes and gosmore no longer uses obstacks. So
hopefully this will build on OS X now.

I've also managed to compile it with cygwin into a native Windows
executable (no gps or flite support yet). Testers can download the
compiled package with all the gtk dlls from
www.rational.co.za/gosmore.zip I don't know if a rebuild will be
successful, but you can copy gosmore.pak from linux (but NOT from a
powerpc).

Public domain. (Reasoning that most open source contributors do so not
because of GPL or CC-SA, but because they want to)
