[OSM-talk] Disappearing tags (TomH?)

Looking at the tiles rendered by Tiles at Home today for Linköping 
(Sweden) I have so far found three ways that have mysteriously lost 
all of their tags. All three are however now tagged with: 
user="TomH". I could not find a user page for TomH at the Wiki but 
the name is mentioned several times regarding tracks and other 
stuff in England so it seems a little odd if he has been editing in 
Sweden? Is this some error in whatever tool he is using? Can we 
avoid this happening again?

The ways I have looked at are: 1651731, 1651459 and 1651423. I 
think I have restored the proper tags so you should look at the 
history for those ways.
