[OSM-talk] author of segments and nodes incorrect

Grepped through the API source and found the line

./config/routes.rb:  map.connect "api/#{API_VERSION}/user/details", 
:controller => 'user', :action => 'api_details'

tried to call

http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.4/user/details

but got

Application error

Change this error message for exceptions thrown outside of an action 
(like in Dispatcher setups or broken Ruby code) in public/500.html

What's the correct way to call it (and is api_details the right thing at 
all?)
