OpenLayers as of 2.3 has this, but OSM is using an older OpenLayers. I
sent email to the dev mailing list months ago about how to upgrade (and
maintain the LikeGoogle layer which is not in SVN trunk due to lack of
patches/documentation/tests, etc.).
