[OSM-talk] index of names

In case anyone is concerned, I should say my numbers excluded the same names
which are 'close' to each other, and includes 'ref's. Some duplicates do get
included, but only when they are sufficiently far apart, so you don't get
lots of search hits within a small area because of multiple ways all
representing the same street, but for the 'M11' motorway, you will get a hit
for it both for "M11, Cambridge" and "M11, Saffron Walden" (these places are
tens of km apart, but the same road passes close to both).
