I think that it is unwise to group osmarender and t at h because most  
t at h related stuff is really not about osmarender.

I also think that having different groups for discussing different  
renderers is a bad idea as people tend to ask questions that are  
answered "... in maplint, soandso; in tiles at home, soandso...", and  
such answers would then automatically be off-topic on dev/talk and in  
the new list.

The best solution I can think of is:

* Leave rendering talk on the existing lists (it is often not  
renderer specific, i.e. how should we draw icerinks, why is my road  
not rendered, whatever).
* Create a tiles at home list that can is used to discuss technicalities  
arising from the distributed approach, management of the tile server,  
techniques for dealing with blue oceans, and anything else that is  
tiles at home specific.
