Oe and O are used interchangeably; there is no "standardized" way of
transliterating Danish Ø,ø to ASCII. It is largely a matter of personal
preference (but note that 'oe' is always used when there is ambiguity in
using just 'o'; for instance 'sø' (lake) becomes 'soe', not 'so' which
means a sow :)
