Don't you just love standards that have a complete definition of HOW, and no 
idea of WHAT :)
But there again if an entry does not exist you just create it anyway.
That is why I posted the link to 
http://www.i18nguy.com/unicode/language-identifiers.html
This has a practical set of RFC4646 format languages while not needing to 
cater for the full range of 42 character language codes - just yet ;)
