[OSM-talk] Unwayed segments - Tways plugin update

The "tways" JOSM plugin has been updated.

It add a command to create many ways in one shot from a lot of unwayed 
segments.
One way is created for each chain of unwayed segments pointing in the 
same direction, without intersection.

Recommended use :
- Select the area with unwayed segments
- Launch "create ways" in the "Tways" menu
- Add a generic highway tag to the resulting ways
- Select roundabouts one by one and use the "group ways" command
- Modify the highway tags on ways that need it
- Upload

It's also very handy if you have long dual-carriage highway waiting 
wayification.


The 0.2 version only add a small thing suggested on this list a few 
months ago : a specific created_by tag.
