[OSM-talk] Error 412 + Nstar

Cheers for the help, but I never got anywhere in the end though.  So I spent 
all day today with 2 josm's open, 1 with the screwed data, and one with a 
new download, and I copied each edit I could find across.  It was jolly fun. 
  But I was confronted by Error 412 a few times also, so the answers to that 
problem were handy.  I got around that ok, and everything seems to be ok 
again.

Cause I don't check the ML too often I'm gunna merge this into another thing 
I keep meaning to bring up.  Recently Andy Robinson, aka blackadder, 
completed Sutton Coldfield, which looks awesum, and its been cool watching 
it gradually grow. I recon he deserves an Nstar for that.  Theres a handful 
of other places/people that also come to mind, and I reacon also deserve 
some award for there work as well, although its nice to know that people 
have reached a personal goal as well.  Any noticable area being completed, 
that takes a huge amount of time and work definatly deserve a award, and 
just a general well done from other community members.  so..Well Done!
