[OSM-talk] How to upload traces?

Hi,

I've been away from OSM for around 3 weeks, and unless I'm mistaken, http://www.openstreetmap.org/upload.html seems to have disappeared. The upload wiki page still mentions that is the address to use, and /traces doesn't contain an upload link anymore (whether logged in or not).

Tried different computers, browsers.

I see 0.4's gone live - has it moved somewhere else, or am I doing something wrong, as other people are obviously still uploading files.
