The URL is http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/mine I believe, which
is the same as it has been for at least the last six months as far
as I can recall. There should be a link to it from the traces page
you mentioned when you are logged in - it is the "See just your
traces" link.

I assume the link you were using is some older form that was still
hanging around and got cleaned up as part of the move to rails?
