[OSM-talk] Mapnik now not supporting layer=1 on golfcourses

It is more of a "stacking" problem I think. Seem to have lost footways and cycleways through the park (as per Osmar layer). I have been trying to learn what each section of mapnik style file does but not knowledgeable enough to do anything about this one. Think this might be in pl script that sets up db for mapniking. Have to be artemised.

	We appear to have lost some golf course support in Mapnik in the most recent tiles rendered. Previously (as per osmarender still) golf course areas within parkland where the course has a layer=1 set were rendered one on top of the other for all to see, the current Mapnik tiles are no longer showing these golf courses.
