[OSM-talk] You haven't entered a tag or a description for yoru traces.

Any idea why I'm getting this when trying to upload traces? I get this 
even when I enter text into both the tag and description fields and 
clear the 'Public' tickbox.

It wasn't previously necessary to enter this information at all.
