Well, I'm not a native english speaker and there are *no* explanations 
on both the map features and proposal pages about this - so how do you 
know? Should I ask the list each time when I'm unsure about a tag? I 
agree that these two should have different tags - maybe adding some more 
explanation at least to the airport proposed feature page?

However, I find it a bit strange that this tag is under the "place" 
section and had a look at the subpage - which doesn't mention place at 
all! So I moved it in the map features page from place to aeroway section.
