Which layer, mapnik or osmarender?

I can only talk about the mapnik layer. On mapnik you should only get a
404 error (the 'more coming soon' tile) if you are the first person to
look at this specific tile in the past 28 days. This will trigger the
tile to be rendered and if you come back again a minute or two later the
tile should appear correctly.

Sometimes the issue is with the slippy map code itself giving up on
waiting for the tile to arrive. In this case zooming out + in on the
same area normally gets it to reload OK.

If you consistently get errors for a particular tile then I'd like to
know the location (right click 'view' and copy the link URL).
