On a related note, I managed to play around with Potlatch last night. There were a few minor niggles I had to get used to, but then when downloading the data in JOSM later on I found the tags weren't there. I'd added a supermarket, car park, road, sports pitch and stadium. The ways all existed, but no tags :(
