As I said, only specific anonymous items are included in the index and
place_of_worship isn't among them. I will add this for the next planet
import.

The complete list of indexed anonymous items is currently (pretty
arbitrarily):
* amenity: post_office fuel supermarket hospital police fire_station
bus_station atm bank cinema theatre
* tourism: hotel motel hostel guest_house camp_site caravan_site
* historic: castle monument museum ruins
* railway: station

It was supposed to be: problem was that it is picking up its description
from both place=airport and aeroway=airport or some such, so I see it as
'airport; airport' so it was picking up the default zoom. For now I've given
'airport; airport' its own zoom level, but I'll try to get rid of the
duplication on the next import.

BTW, I'll try to get rid of the repetition '<place> found near <same place>'
description in due course.
