[OSM-talk] Save track data?

Hi

Hopefully not too off topic but I need a quick answer to a quick question.

Can I expect to be able to save the route that I've driven to external media 
on any new GPS receiver?

Specifically, there is a good price for a Navigon PNA TS7000 but no mention of 
this feature. It has USB, though.
