BTW, we've just noticed that if you don't request a t-shirt then the
registration fails with a 500 error.

We know what the bug is and will have it fixed as soon as we find someone
with appropriate permissions to edit the file.  In the mean-time you can
successfully register if you order a t-shirt at the same time :)
