We'd have to replicate the design - i.e. a map that completely fills  
the page. The problem is that to get the design we have needs  
absolute positioning. I thought I'd fixed it previously but I see now  
that it wasn't fully working (as far as I can see it was displaying a  
slippy map, but interactions with the map weren't fully working, and  
the map type selector wasn't visible).

I've submitted a patch that should fix things, it basically forces  
IE6 to re-render the whole map just after sizing it, seems to fix  
things on my installation anyway.
