[OSM-talk] mapnik layer and copyright of ways

Noticed the mapnik layer now ascribes copyright to ways if you zoom in really 
close. However if multiple authors have created/edited a way, it only shows 
the most recent (which may not be the person which actually went out into the 
field and surveyed the thing to start with!!!!) If we're going to start 
indicating copyright I think we'd either need to list all editors of a way, 
or just say "(C) OSM".
