[OSM-talk] Tags to Symbol Mapping

Ok. I hope we (me, Ulf and Joerg) agree on these points :
* wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Tags_to_Symbols_Mapping already
points to elemstyles.xml.
* svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/share/map-icons/icons.xml should
be marked as obsolete by someone with SVN access.
* elemstyles.xml is actively maintained. It's format is to have an
<icon ... src=".."> tag and to have only one 'condition' per 'rule'.
Changing this may break downstream software.
