As David mentioned, it is there when you first open the editor. I'd  
like to have an always-on, more prominent (and maybe even  
context-sensitive) help system, but at present there isn't actually  
anywhere to put it. The whole bottom panel is due for a redesign  
anyway so I'll do it as part of that.
