And how about linking up subway entrances with this Flickr group with 663
photos of underground station entrances for London!
http://www.flickr.com/groups/lutse/

Use this A-Z index to find the one you want!

While we are on the subject, there are Wikipedia articles for each
underground station, for example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edgware_tube_station

And for the individual lines, for example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_line

Here is the main London Underground article:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_underground

Incidentially there are also articles for mainline railway stations
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manningtree_railway_station

For named lines
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Suffolk_Line

And for railway companies, for example One Railway
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_Railway

Why and I saying all this? Because I think it will be good to strengthen the
links between OSM and Wikipedia and other resources such as Flickr. I don't
think the wikipedia links aren't used much yet, but there is huge potential.

I am adding 'wikipedia' tags to things in my area. Not sure about a Flick
tag, is there one? I know we have an openstreetmap tag for Flickr, but
possibly there isn't one for the other way round.

While I am on the subject I am also playing with Sketchup and think we need
a sketchup tag to attach buildings to the map which would be fun. Do we have
one?

Peter
