[OSM-talk] perl functions: bbox <-> lat-lon

Hi All,

I'm looking for some perl functions which do the conversion between a 
bbox to the lat and lon and vice versa (eg. permalink urls).
This could be really handy when developing and you need to work with 
bbox or lat/lon.

I already checked svn, but didn't directly found what i was looking for.

Does someone know if there are such perl functions/modules available ?
