[OSM-talk] TIGER cleannup

i don't think anyone commented on my question below, and since the
topic of how the TIGER import relates to local edits has been raised
again, i'm still curious -- how will the _next_ TIGER import relate
to local edits, especially to local edits to the previous TIGER data.
or, is the plan to somehow only apply diffs from the TIGER dataset?
